Those weren’t just the bells of Big Ben you heard during Charlotte Dujardin’s gold medal winning musical freestyle, but also the sound of the arrival of a new “It girl” of dressage.

She’s young, British, and just won double gold at her first Olympic games with history-making scores and style, becoming the first Olympic dressage medalist to compete wearing a helmet – a gorgeous, leather-look Charles Owen AYR8 with piping - rather than the traditional top hat.

Today, the sport dressage has a new look and, Charlotte, you are it’s face. Bravo!
