Casual/DIY equestrian arm party
Are you in on the “arm party” craze? It’s simple: pile on the bracelets – the more color the better and mixed metals are A-OK – like it’s 1985. Of course, at Dappled Grey, we do the arm party with an equestrian twist. Above, a vintage friendship bracelet with conchos (bought in Arizona circa 1989), vintage “belt” bracelet (a high school gift), and a DIY id tag chain (stamped and assembled by DG) create a casual, summery look.
Blogger Piaffe Girl styled her party (below) with a similar walk down memory lane: 1) Eden Hand Arts, Cape Cod Screwball bracelet with custom Holsteiner charm ; 2) Pandora bracelet; 3) Authentic Native American, turquoise/sterling baby bracelet (made by a Cherokee chief in celebration of her birth!); 4) Sterling curb chain charm bracelet, with equestrian, dog, and travel charms; and 5) first pony bracelet.
