1. Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of all 49 states and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry
To enter, submit your email address in the field provided.
All entries must be submitted between March 20, 2010 and April 10, 2010. The winner will be selected from entries properly submitted during this period.
Limit one entry per person (by email address). Only entries with a valid email address are eligible to win.
3. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or around April 14, 2010. The drawing will be conducted by Dappled Grey, whose decisions on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding.
The winner will be notified directly by email and must respond to email notification in order to receive their prize. If the winner does not respond in 10 days of notification by email, a new winner will be selected.
4. Publicity
As condition of entry into the contest, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants to Dappled Grey a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and right to publicize, broadcast, display, and otherwise use the entrant's name, city, and state in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising, and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission, or approval of the winner.
5. Participant Obligation
By entering, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless Dappled Grey from and against any and all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind arising out of entrant's participation in the contest and in any prize related activities. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the contest or redemption of the prize.
6. Conduct
Entry into this contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
7. Miscellaneous
By entering this contest, you will be automatically added to Dappled Grey's Weekly Guide email list. The Weekly Guide is a free, once per week email collection of new equestrian content by Dappled Grey. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
